Walk directly out from the building to our lifeguard protected beach. Our beach staff will assist with your chairs and umbrellas from the storage room to set you up for the perfect no-fuss beach day. Or, choose the building lounge chairs for the ultimate resort experience. If surfing’s your thing, grab your board from the storage room to go surfing right outside your door.
The stunning 70 foot gunite heated pool with lap lane is complete with a lounging pavilion, pergolas for casual poolside dining and a variety of seating options with umbrellas. Outdoor showers and restrooms are available for your convenience. We also offer complimentary, morning water aerobics classes.

With its built-in gas grills, sinks, picnic tables and umbrellas this is the ideal place to host family and friends for a summer BBQ. Or, just flip a couple of burgers for yourself!
The Parc@Lido is a great hang out and activity area complete with tennis and pickleball courts, a community garden, gas grills, picnic tables, a fire pit, chairs, shuffleboard, lawn bocce and cornhole.
